Q: What do you like most about advising?
A: Our students! I love working with students to see them succeed academically and personally. College is such a pivotal point in life, so I love being able to help students during this time.

Q: What's one of the biggest mistakes you made as an undergraduate student?
A: Not using office hours! I didn't make time to visit with professors during office hours, which could have helped with choosing courses, learning opportunities, and even internship options.

Q: What's your favorite thing about UNT?
A: The supporting community! No matter what you need help with, someone is more than willing to offer a helping hand.

Q: If somebody gave you $1000 today, what would you do with it?
A: Fly to Montana to hike Glacier National park!

Q: What advice would you give to an undergraduate student in the College of Science?
A: Use your resources! UNT and COS have a plethora of resources to help you succeed both in and out of the classroom. Ask about the resources and then use them! They will help you balance your academic, social, and personal life.
