- Final Defense- You are required to provide the information to the Student and Program Coordinator at biology.grad@unt.edu at least two weeks prior to your defense so a formal announcement can be made. These are PUBLIC and require a room large enough to accommodate a large group of people. To schedule a classroom for your final defense, please contact Shirley.Richardson@unt.edu.

All Graduate Milestone Paperwork and the Other Graduate Forms should be submitted through the Student and Program Coordinator. The major professor is required to submit all milestone paperwork to biology.grad@unt.edu, who will then forward the forms to the Program Coordinator and the Biology Chair for final signatures. Once all signatures are obtained, the forms will be submitted to Toulouse.

All Graduate Milestone Paperwork and the Other Graduate Forms should be submitted through the Student and Program Coordinator.
TA Application Form
- TA-RA/RA-TA Graduate Employment and Conversion Form - This form is used for first-time Teaching Assistantship applications, RA to TA conversion requests, and TA to RA conversion requests.
Travel Forms
- Biology Graduate Leave Request Form - This form is to be submitted if you are traveling for a University-related event, or when traveling off campus during a non-holiday break (personal). This is required if you are a Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, or GSA.
- International Travel - It is mandatory for you to register ALL University-related international travel with UNT's Office of Risk Management. Please read their website and the form pages carefully. Once you have registered, you will receive an email with important information on what to do in the event of an emergency. Please attach a copy of the Risk Management Email with the Leave Request Form, and submit it to your Travel Coordinator (Deb, Crystal, or Tara).
