One of UNT Chemistry's best-kept secrets isn't such a secret anymore, now that NBC-5 has featured Roger Ramirez, Master Scientific Glassblower! Roger's glassblowing shop is here on campus, located in the Chemistry Building. He can build and repair all Pyrex and Quartz apparatus needed for research conducted campus wide. The shop is equipped for all manner of glass blowing and repair with 45 years of experience building Quartz and Pyrex or Borosilicate Glass for the chemical and electronic fields.
